2025 – 2026 Year-End Special
Welcome to the CollectorsTrader end-of-year special. We are inaugurating this annual section with the purpose of analyzing the most relevant milestones of this year and presenting our first strategic objectives for 2026.

2025 Summary
This first year has been defined by the birth, launch, and consolidation of the CollectorsTrader project.
Start of Activity
The most notable milestone of 2025 has been the opening of our platform. The main challenge was to design a method that would allow users to receive offers and sell their cards easily, eliminating the need for travel or long email chains. Despite technical difficulties, we managed to implement a functional and efficient system.

Improvements in Shipping
Once the operational base was established, we focused on optimizing every process. We identified that the excessive use of plastics in packaging was a key area for improvement. Although there are essential protection elements that we cannot do without (such as sleeves or card savers), we have managed to replace boxes, padding, and sealing tapes with much more ecological and sustainable options.

Increase in High-Value Card Offerings
One of our strategic objectives was to specialize in the high-value card market. To achieve this, we established a minimum offers value of 10 euros. This change, combined with the active acquisition of exclusive pieces, has resulted in a notable increase in the value and quality of the catalog available in our store.

New Content Strategy
At the end of the year, we launched a new content strategy to energize the website, focused on publishing a weekly article. The goal is to resolve doubts and inform the community about the Pokémon card universe. To date, we have published 7 specialized articles.
Additionally, we have reinforced our social media presence by sharing these reads and photographs of our products on Instagram. We are aware that this is a section with great potential that we will continue to enhance during the next year.

2026 Objectives
Looking ahead to next year, our roadmap bets on the continuity and consolidation of the strategy started in recent months. The central objective is organic growth and the optimization of every corner of the platform to offer a superior experience.
Increase Web Traffic and Optimize the Platform
One of the pillars for 2026 will be to increase the visibility of the website. This is fundamental to boosting our offers service, which we want to turn into the reference tool for collectors. Our mission remains intact: for any user to be able to sell their Pokémon cards in a simple, fast way and with a fair valuation.
Expansion of Inventory and Offerings
Despite logistical and economic challenges, we have set out to significantly expand our catalog. We seek balanced growth that includes both mid-range cards and pieces of high value and rarity, ensuring that collectors of all levels find what they are looking for in our store.
Expansion of Content and Social Media Presence
We will maintain the current pace of weekly articles, but we will go one step further. In 2026, we will initiate a specific social media strategy, creating native content adapted for the Spanish-speaking public, with more dynamic formats that allow us to be closer to the community.
