SELL US YOUR CARDS
If you want to sell your Pokémon cards, at CollectorsTrader we'll buy them directly from you. We offer an online appraisal and a simple, fast, and transparent sales process, always guaranteeing secure payment.
How to sell your cards?
1. Fill out the form
2. Accept the offer
3. Send the card
4. Receive the money
WE DO NOT ACCEPT FAKE CARDS. If you need to verify the authenticity of your card, please consult our article: "Are My Pokémon Cards Fake?"
You must fill out a form specifying the details, condition, and state of your card, in addition to attaching photographs of it so that we can properly identify it and calculate our offer. Once a fair purchase offer is determined, it will be communicated to you via the email address you have provided us.
Once you receive the offer in your email, you can choose to accept the attached sales contract, which formalizes and regulates the transaction of your card for the previously agreed price. After the digital signature or acceptance of said contract, you will receive an informative follow-up email which will include the detailed address for shipping the card, as well as a final copy of the sales contract.
The seller will be responsible for sending the card to the address specified both in the sales contract and in the follow-up email, assuming the costs and responsibility of the shipment. Once we have physically received the card and verified its final condition, we will immediately inform you of the reception and request your bank details to proceed with the electronic transfer of the agreed payment.
You must complete a secure form with the strictly necessary bank details so that we can execute the payment for your card via bank transfer. As soon as we receive and validate your details, we will proceed to make the transfer of the agreed amount and will send you a notification confirming that the transaction has been completed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Currently, we only accept cards in English and Japanese with a value over €10. We may also have to reject very high-value cards, as we may not have the necessary capital to purchase them.
On the form, you must enter the card name, number, language, expansion, rarity, condition, and your contact information. If you're unsure what to enter or don't know your card's details, you can check out our form instructions here.
Yes, you can. You'll need to fill out the form once for each card you want to sell. You can then choose to send all the cards together to save on shipping costs. You'll still receive separate offers and will need to accept and sign a purchase agreement for each one. Bank transfers will also be processed individually.
No, you are not obligated to send the card. The sales contract serves to guarantee that the buyer (us) will make payment once the card is received and inspected. This contract is formalized to clearly define the responsibilities and obligations of both parties and ensure a more secure transaction.
Once you accept the offer, you must send the card by yourself to the address provided. If this is your first time, we advise you to be well informed about how to protect it from damage during transit. For added peace of mind, use a trackable parcel service, and if you want complete security, you can purchase insurance.
We have the seller manage and ship the order themselves to ensure the reliability of the requests and prevent the sending of cards whose condition differs from the stated one. If a discrepancy in the card's condition is identified upon inspection, a new offer will be issued. If the seller rejects the offer, the card will be returned postage paid, as stipulated in the purchase contract.
Payment is made by bank transfer. After receiving and checking the status of the card, we will send you a confirmation email with a secure form for you to provide the necessary information. Once we receive the information, we will process the transfer, which may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in your account.
