Shipping policy
At CollectorsTrader, we strive to ensure your Pokémon cards arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below is all the information about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed starting the next business day. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
We offer different options to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier.
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.
- Cost: €4.95 (variable depending on package weight and volume).
Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 24 to 48 business hours.
- Cost: €7.50 (variable depending on package weight and volume).
3. Free Shipping
All orders over €100 within the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal will have free standard shipping. For international shipments, the corresponding rates will apply.
4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Zones
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart once you enter your address. Rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order. We ship to:
- Iberian Peninsula and Portugal.
- Balearic Islands.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. (Note: Shipping costs to these destinations may be higher. The customer is responsible for any potential customs duties or taxes).
- Europe and the rest of the world. (Shipping times and costs will be calculated at the time of purchase).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the corresponding courier company's website.
6. Card Packaging
We understand the importance of protecting your cards. That's why at CollectorsTrader, we ensure that each card is individually protected with sleeves and sent in a rigid, secure package to prevent any damage during transit.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt. You must attach photos of the packaging and the damaged cards.
In case your order is lost, once the issue is confirmed with the courier company, we will offer to reship the same order or provide a full refund.
